Product Overview
The 5300LN Series is an ANSI/BHMA Grade 2 cylindrical lever lockset positioned between the 4600LN and the Grade 1 4700LN, combining Grade 2 certification with a refined aesthetic and architectural trim options. The chassis shares the 4700 bearing-supported lever design, providing smooth operation even after heavy cycling.
ANSI A156.2 Series 4000 Grade 2 certified with UL/cUL 3-hour fire listings. Field-reversible non-handed installation, 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" backsets, and 1-3/8"–1-3/4" door thickness range cover the vast majority of commercial openings.
The 5300LN covers the full function range including Passage (01), Privacy (02, 03), Entry (04, 07), Office (06), Storeroom (05), Classroom (22), Communicating variants (21, 28, 29, 39), Exit Latch (09), Service Station (06), Institutional (30), and Dummy (55). Cylinders accept KW-1, SC-1, PARA, and other standard keyways for easy master-keying. 3-year warranty.
