1104BC Door Closer - Size 4 w/ Backcheck NHO

The 1100 Series is ASSA ABLOY Accentra's industrial-grade surface-mounted door closer, engineered for the heaviest-traffic commercial and institutional openings. A full-rack-and-pinion hydraulic design with all-metal construction delivers consistent, controlled closing on doors up to 330 lbs and 48 inches wide.

All 1100 closers are ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1 certified, UL/cUL 10C listed for 3-hour positive-pressure fire doors, and UL 10B / UBC 7-2 tested. Backcheck with adjustable intensity, separate sweep and latch valves, and adjustable spring sizes 1 through 6 allow the same closer body to be tuned to the specific door, traffic pattern, and environmental conditions on site.

The 1100 is fully ADA compliant and barrier-free (BF) capable, with reduced opening force settings that meet accessibility requirements on interior doors. Regular-arm, parallel-arm, and top-jamb mountings are supported, and optional covers, hold-open arms, and delayed-action valves are available for the full 1101/1111/PR1100 product family. Warranted for 10 years against defects in material and workmanship.
