3111 Door Closer - HO w/o Cover

The 3000 Series is a medium-duty commercial surface-mounted door closer suitable for interior doors in low- to moderate-traffic applications. The cast-aluminum body with full metal cover delivers reliable hydraulic control in a cost-effective package for retrofits, tenant improvements, and light commercial new construction.

ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 2 certified and UL 10C fire-rated, 3000 closers handle doors up to 150 lbs with adjustable spring sizes 1 through 5. Separate sweep and latch valves, standard non-handed installation, and the ability to swap arms between regular and parallel-rigid configurations reduce installer time and SKU count.

3101 (non-hold-open) and 3111 (hold-open) core models cover the majority of specifications, with PR3101 and PR3111 parallel-rigid variants for stile-limited parallel-arm applications. Backed by a 10-year manufacturer warranty.
