4430T Door Closer - Holder/Stop w/ Spring

The 4400 Series is a tri-packaged multi-sized door closer engineered to simplify stocking and specification. One closer body covers spring sizes 1 through 4 — adjustable in the field — and ships with both regular and parallel-arm hardware, so a single SKU fits most openings up to 180 lbs.

ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1 certified and UL/cUL 10C fire-rated for 3-hour positive-pressure doors, the 4400 is a workhorse for schools, healthcare, multi-family, and light commercial new construction and retrofit projects. Separate sweep, latch, backcheck, and delayed-action valves allow fine-tuning for traffic flow and ADA compliance.

The 4400 base closer covers non-hold-open applications; 4410 adds hold-open, 4420 offers stop-only arm, 4420T combines stop with thumbturn hold-open, and 4430/4430T add spring tension. PR4400 and PR4410 parallel-rigid variants address stile-limited parallel-arm installations. Backed by a 10-year limited warranty.
