Mesker Galvanized steel doors are A60 galvanneal exterior-grade doors manufactured by Mesker Door, engineered for perimeter openings in commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. Face sheets bonded to an insulated polyurethane or honeycomb core deliver thermal and acoustic performance with long-term weather resistance.
ANSI A250.8 Level 3 Heavy Duty and Level 4 Maximum Duty configurations available depending on opening requirements. UL/cUL fire ratings up to 3 hours with temperature-rise and positive-pressure listings. Hurricane-rated FL-approved variants available.
Hardware preps follow standard SDI nomenclature — LC1 (cylindrical), LM0 (mortise), LP0/LPi (lock + pull), PR1 (pair w/ mullion), and NHP (no hardware prep). Door sizes from 2668 through 4080, single and pair, with or without active/inactive leaves. Factory gray prime finish.
