7130F Mortise Exit Device - Fire

The 7130 Series is a Grade 1 mortise exit device within the 7000 family, engineered for openings that require the enhanced security, aesthetics, and weather-sealing of a mortise lockcase. The concealed mortise body and through-bolted trim deliver heavy-duty performance on exterior and high-security doors.

Fire-rated F variants are UL/cUL 10C listed for 3-hour positive-pressure fire doors and meet NFPA 80 requirements. The 7130 is ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 panic-listed in non-fire configurations. Deadlatching latchbolt, hardened steel strike, and anti-pry guard resist forced entry.

Non-handed, field-reversible installation and compatibility with the full Accentra trim palette — levers, knobs, pulls, and night latches — simplify specification and stocking. Electrified latch retraction, request-to-exit, and monitoring options support integration with building access control.
