Heritage Grade 2 Interconnected - Augusta

The YR852 Series is a Grade 2 interconnected lockset within the Heritage Collection, combining a deadbolt and latch lever in a single trim plate. Retracting the lever simultaneously retracts the deadbolt, providing one-motion egress for code-compliant life-safety openings in residential and multi-family applications.

ANSI/BHMA A156.13 Grade 2 certified for operational and security performance. UL/cUL listed for fire doors. The YR852 is available with Heritage lever designs (Augusta, Monroe, and others) and matching finishes across the Heritage palette.

Single-cylinder (keyed deadbolt with thumbturn), double-cylinder, and entry configurations cover the standard residential function set. Compatible with Heritage deadbolts and deadbolt keyways for consistent master-keying across the building. Lifetime mechanical and finish warranty.
