Product Overview
BSC masonry steel door frames in the 7-3/4" jamb depth are specified for 8" CMU walls and double-wythe brick construction. 16-gauge A60 galvanneal or cold-rolled steel, fully welded corners, integral welded stops.
ANSI A250.8 Level 3 Heavy Duty, UL/cUL fire-rated up to 90 minutes. Three-sided and blank-jamb configurations available. Net door openings cut to specification (3070, 4070, 6070, etc.) with optional 4" face profile and reinforcements (RFB) for heavy surface closers and exit devices.
Standard preps include 4-1/2" × 4-1/2" hinge reinforcements, ASA strike, and closer/exit-device reinforcements at standard heights. Masonry T, wire, and Z anchors sold separately. Factory gray prime finish.
