Product Overview
The 8800FL Series is an ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 mortise lockset, the highest security and durability tier in the Accentra mortise platform. Heavy-duty anti-friction latchbolt, deadbolt with 1" throw, and a hardened-steel mortise case resist forced entry and abuse in demanding applications.
UL/cUL 10C 3-hour fire-rated, ANSI A156.13 Series 1000 Grade 1 operational and security certified, and available in field-reversible non-handed or hand-specified configurations to fit doors from 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" thick.
The 8800FL family supports the full mortise function range — Entrance, Office, Storeroom, Classroom, Classroom Security, Privacy, Apartment, Dormitory, Communicating, and Dummy — with armor fronts, escutcheons, and lever/knob/pull trim in all architectural finishes. Compatible with electrified variants for integration with access-control systems. 3-year warranty.
